One of the most trusted and well-respected executives in the industry, Adrian founded Cinelab in 2013. Adrian’s interest in the filmmaking process, his engineering and operational skills and his determination to ensure film craft skills are passed to the next generation have been a driving force in the resurgence of shooting on film.
Joshua's understanding of digital acquisition, postproduction, and his natural talent as a colourist have allowed him to collaborate with the world's leading DOPs on some of the biggest productions in recent years. Joshua founded On Set Tech in 2013 and in 2021 became Cinelab's CTO when the two companies merged.
